An Brog opened its doors in 1992 and since then has grown and expanded into Cork's leading indie alternative bar. It stays open now till 2am every night and as always admission is free. The DJ's play a mix of classic and up to the minute tunes which the punters love. An Brog also indulges those who want to see some live gigs all of which have been free since 1992. Bands to have graced our stage have included Boss Volenti, The Chalets, Duke Special, The Frank and Walters The Coronas, The Blizzards, Delorentos, Fight Like Apes and most local indie/rock bands.
